Join Our Team as a Social Worker at LEEP Forward / Quantum LEEP Academy!

Are you a dedicated Social Worker passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children? LEEP Forward / Quantum LEEP Academy invites you to join our multidisciplinary therapeutic clinic and K-12 independent education program, focusing on social and emotional development for children aged 3-18 with various developmental differences, including autism.

What Were Looking For :

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following characteristics and skills :

• Leadership Qualities : Ability to coach and mentor peers effectively.
• Collaboration Skills : Strong capacity to work with paraprofessionals, staff, related service providers, and administration.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with parents and multidisciplinary teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Proficient in crisis management and developing effective solutions.
• Experience with Developmental Differences : Background in working with children with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, or other developmental delays.
• Cultural Fit : A fiercely positive, hardworking, flexible, team-oriented, organized, proactive individual with a sense of humor and a playful, humble, and self-reflective nature.
Qualifications :
• LSW / MSW
• Preferred experience working with children with developmental differences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate assessments and care plans.
