Remote - Texas Preferred - US Based (Up to 50% Travel) Position Overview The Associate Project Manager – M&A Integration & Business Transformation supports Infinx Healthcare’s integration and transformation initiatives related to our largest acquisition to date, along with other strategic programs fueling accelerated growth.The role offers exposure to high‑impact projects, senior leaders, and cross‑functional collaboration across Operations, Technology, Finance, Product, and HR.The ideal candidate pairs strong analytical thinking with excellent organization and communication skills to drive timely, effective project delivery.Role Responsibilities In addition to the responsibilities listed below, the Associate Project Manager – M&A Integration & Business Transformation may be required to perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support efficient business operations.The essential functions of this role include :
Support the execution of Phase 2 integration and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with operational efficiency, system enablement, and synergy realization goals.Partner with functional leads to monitor milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating issues as needed.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including action plans, issue logs, meeting summaries, and executive status reports.Coordinate weekly leadership updates, consolidating cross-functional progress into concise summaries for senior stakeholders.Assist in change management and communication efforts to drive adoption of new systems, tools, and operating models.Collaborate with data and finance teams to track performance metrics, synergy realization, and post-integration outcomes.Participate in site visits, operational assessments, and working sessions with global teams to support implementation activities.Performs other duties as assigned or required.Work Experience 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, business operations, transformation, or management consulting.Experience supporting M&A integration, business transformation, or large-scale change initiatives preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, with strong coordination and analytical capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience preparing reports for senior audiences.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project).Familiarity with healthcare operations, technology, or revenue cycle management (RCM) processes a plus.Go-to-market (GTM) or commercial operations experience preferred.Willingness to travel up to 50% for onsite workshops, integration sessions, and leadership meetings.Physical Demands and Work Environment This role is primarily office-based, with rare but occasional, requirements for meetings or interactions outside of regular office hours.Work may involve prolonged periods of sitting, extensive computer use, and occasional stress associated with meeting deadlines and managing high volumes requests.Additional Qualifications Education :
