Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Provide excellent customer service by taking orders promptly and accurately. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a clean and organized dining area and ensure tables are set up appropriately. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service. Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy. Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area, and participate in cleaning duties. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a positive and efficient manner. Qualifications : Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
