Xometry is seeking highly motivated Mechanical Engineers to act as customer-facing Manufacturing Solutions Engineers. They will be embedded within our most strategic accounts, acting as an extension of their engineering teams. This role is a unique blend of customer engagement, technical expertise, and operational execution. TAMs will report into Operations but will work very closely with Sales to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $79,000- $103,000 annually + commission depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) match, medical, dental and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, floating and fixed holidays, maternity and bonding leave; EAP, other wellbeing resources; and much more.
