Our client specializing in federal healthcare construction and they are now hiring in Tucson, AZ for a Superintendent / Safety to help run a VA project.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hospital construction, site utility, federal compliance, and managing complex, multi-phase projects in active healthcare environments. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $110K plus benefits like M / V / D, PTO, 401K, ESOP, and vehicle allowance.

Duties :

• Lead daily on-site construction operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality.
• Ensure compliance with VA specifications, infection control protocols, and hospital operational requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections, safety meetings, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and VA representatives to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
