Compensation : $110,000 $145,000 Base

Were seeking a skilled Protection & Control Engineer to join a growing power delivery team. In this role, youll contribute to the design and development of electrical systems that support reliable and safe power delivery across a variety of projects. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in electrical engineering who is eager to apply technical expertise while also developing leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, analysis, and implementation of protection and control systems for transmission and distribution projects.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, schematics, and related documentation using AutoCAD and / or PLS-CADD.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior staff as needed.
