Must be willing to use your own tools but you dont necessarily need every tool but at least general tools for everyday simple jobs.

Your own Truck or Van to drive to local jobs.

Troubleshooting Skills :

Must be a quick thinker able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills :

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management Office Personnel Fellow Employees Homeowners Suppliers Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable : Clean-Cut appearance

Compensation : $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
