Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Landscape Architect to lead and oversee landscape architectural and planning projects from concept through completion. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, design leadership, client engagement, and project management skills. The Project Manager is responsible for guiding projects through all phases, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Landscape Architect with a strong background in project coordination, construction documentation, and client relations. This role reports to the Associate / Senior Landscape Architect and plays a key role in shaping MSP's design vision and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Design & Management :

• Lead and manage multiple landscape architecture and planning projects simultaneously.
• Develop creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that align with client goals and site constraints.
• Oversee the preparation of conceptual plans, design development drawings, and construction documents.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet profitability objectives.
