- Practice Setting : OR / Surgery Department
- Dates / Coverage Needed : Beginning late Oct / Early Nov, FT for 6 months with the option to extend. The schedule is 5x8's every week with a 40-hour work week guarantee. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
- Case Mix : Ortho, General, GYN, pain urology
- Support Staff / Supervision : Supervised model
- Credentialing Time-Frame : 60-90 days
