Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct the restaurant operations : schedule work assignments, set priorities, direct the workflow of staff
  • Give clear directions and communication to crew members
  • Ensure all operational / safety procedures are followed : audits, temperature checks and required record keeping.
  • Process comps / voids / discounts using the Shift Leader approval procedures.
  • Ability to step in to any position.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues.
  • Resolve / document employee issues for management following guidelines
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

    • Skills Required

  • Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Ability to supervise employees in a positive and respectful manner.
  • Customer Service mindset and ability to effectively communicate with unhappy customers / employees
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and persons in a positive and professional manner.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills with the ability to write job-related items in a clear, precise manner

    • Qualifications : The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the fast food, family dining or casual dining environment. We are looking for a minimum of 6 months to one year of experience as a Shift Leader.

    Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

    Must be 18 or older to apply.
