As an HR Reporting Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping how we use data to drive people decisions and business outcomes. This position is part of a global HR Reporting & Analytics team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will transform complex HR data into actionable insights that empower leaders and enhance employee experiences.

You Bring This Value

• Deliver Insightful Reporting : Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports that provide leaders with timely, accurate, and meaningful workforce insights.
• Analyze & Interpret Data : Dive deep into HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, surveys, etc.) to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Enable Data-Driven Decisions : Partner with HR and business leaders to define key metrics and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
• Visualize & Communicate : Present data in clear, compelling ways using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, turning numbers into stories that drive action.
• Ensure Data Integrity : Maintain high standards for data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Innovate & Improve : Continuously look for ways to automate, streamline, and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support Ad-Hoc Needs : Respond quickly to custom reporting requests, providing tailored insights for strategic initiatives.
