Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Mechatronics Engineer to work with our client a leading global manufacturing and technology company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Job Summary

The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for providing both mechanical and electrical engineering support in the design installation start-up and debugging of manufacturing and research process equipment. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams-including mechanical electrical controls facilities IT and operations-to ensure successful project execution.

The position involves the practical application of control systems instrumentation motion systems / robotics programming mechanics fluid dynamics thermodynamics and machine design principles to develop and optimize complex automated equipment and processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement mechatronic systems and automation solutions to improve manufacturing and research operations
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and workplans to meet schedule and technical goals
• Provide hands-on support for equipment installation testing and troubleshooting
• Design and integrate PLC / PC-based process and automation control systems
• Verify equipment builds layouts and wiring against engineering drawings
• Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and best practices
• Update system drawings schematics and project documentation
• Prepare and deliver technical reports project documentation and presentations to stakeholders on progress and results
