Key Responsibilities

Manage work direction, mentor team members, and oversee strategic initiatives

Implement security protocols and evaluate infrastructure platforms for upgrades

Analyze application architecture and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience

5 years of experience in system requirements and supporting business applications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Experience with SQL Server and application support

Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
