Position Overview :

Sidekicks is seeking passionate and dedicated ABA Therapists to provide center-based, in-home, and / or community-based (preschool / daycare setting) ABA therapy in the Hamilton area.

Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support children in developing essential life skills.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care.
