Summer Intern In Us Medical Affairs Gi / Gu Team

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Labs Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

Summer intern in US Medical Affairs GI / GU Team will work closely with the Executive Director (ED), Team Lead (TL) and US Director of Medical Affairs (US DMA) on various tasks to ensure compliance, timely delivery, appropriate use of resources, simplified processes to accomplish and deliver on quarterly goals / 5 pillars (Scientific Exchange, Insights, Investigator Initiated Studies, Congresses and our Research & Development Division Trials).

Responsibilities :

• Attend and be the scribe at team meetings, with key takeaways and renewed ideas to simplify processes.
• Re-organize and maintain team SharePoint site.
• Veeva CRM activities related to Scientific Leader (SL) roster optimization.
• Assist operations and data analytics team as needed.
• Support US DMAs with training activities.

Salary range : $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
