What You'll Do as a Bid and Proposal Manager
As a Bid and Proposal Manager at Lewis Services, you'll :
Manage the end-to-end bid process, including RFP analysis, bid strategies, proposal development, and submission.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, pricing, and compliance information.Track bid status, win / loss outcomes, and maintain a bid library for future reference.Ensure all bids meet internal quality standards and external requirements.Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication.Utilize CRM and BI tools to generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Train team members on bid tools and ensure data integrity across platforms.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field25 years of experience in bid management, sales operations, or a related role involving RFPs and proposal developmentor relevant industry experience demonstrating strong understanding of bidding and sales processesExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel)Knowledge of vegetation management or utility industriesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable, resourceful, and skilled in planning, prioritizing, and problem-solving with sound judgmentPhysical Demands
Ability to :
