The Shift Leader is responsible for a wide range of Minuteman Food Mart functions. Shift Leader responsibilities include managing cash, resolving conflicts, and checking equipment. Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively. If you're a leader committed to quality service, we'd like to meet you.

Experience And Education

• Previous retail experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Essential Functions (other Duties May Be Assigned)

Work Schedule

Based on the operations of the store. Generally, five 8 hour shifts a week.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate by talking and hearing. This position is very active and requires constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and some climbing. The employee must frequently lift and / or move items over 40 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
