We are seeking a full-time Lead Installer with a background in cabinetry and carpentry.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule jobs & dispatch crews
• Ensure exceptional quality in all installations
• Conduct in-home installation and repairs for residential and small commercial jobs
• Take precise measurements and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members
• Complete and submit installation paperwork daily
• Install cabinetry and epoxy garage floors in homes and garages
• Maintain warehouse and company vehicle / trailer
• Follow safety regulations and interpret building plans

Requirements :

• 3+ years of cabinetry installation experience in trim carpentry, cabinetry, doors, drawers, and crown molding
• Proficient with hand tools, saws, measuring tapes (tools provided)
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision
• Experience managing 1-2 individuals
• Detail-oriented and creative in managing job adjustments
• Efficient time management skills
• Ability to lift cabinet materials repeatedly
• Strong communication skills and adherence to company standards
