Senior Director, Region Replenishment

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Region Replenishment for the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all Replenishment strategies and performance metrics for the assigned region

Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal service levels and efficiency

Lead and develop a team of Area Directors, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related fields, or relevant experience and / or military experience

10+ years of experience in managing operations and leading teams within supply chain functions

Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Products, especially advanced Excel

Ability to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure to meet deadlines

Experience in building strong cross-functional relationships
