The SOACC Research and Event Monitoring (REM) team monitors, tracks, and reports on intelligence and media sources on an ongoing basis for events of significance, loosely defined as events that have the potential to, or are already impacting Bank of America facilities, operations, or employees. The team will use the information gathered and notify stakeholders / additional lines of business via intelligence crisis reporting to ensure proper awareness and / or appropriate response actions are taken.

Work Schedule / Shifts
Five consecutive days (40-hour work week). Primary workday schedules are Sunday Thursday or Tuesday Saturday. (This determination will be made upon acceptance) Available Shift Hours : Second Shift : 2 : 30pm 11 : 00pm
Work Location
There is a strong preference for the candidate to be able to work in person within our internal command center in Charlotte, North Carolina. This location is central to our operations, and the candidate's presence with other Intel analysts and specialists during the regular business work week is preferred. Qualified candidates selected for available positions in Charlotte, North Carolina, will be permitted to work a hybrid schedule (3 : In Office / 2 : Work From Home) upon completion of in-person training; in-office workday scheduling will be at the discretion of the shift manager and needs of the Intel program.
