Are you passionate about implementing cloud-based enterprise infrastructure? Buchanan Technologies www.buchanan.com is currently looking for a Cloud Engineer who can assist our client with designing, developing, and provisioning cloud-based infrastructure to support our customers.

In this role you will be working to implement cloud-based technology solutions, infrastructure, pipelines, and systems using Azure and ADO, ensuring alignment with documented architecture and established policies and standards.

Cloud Infrastructure & Network Engineering - You will be architecting and implementing SaaS, IaaS and PaaS based solutions in Azure. The ability to develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Packer, and ansible will be vital for this role with administrative expertise on both Windows and Linux environments.

Build Engineering & Deployment Expertise working with source control systems (Git, ADO), implementing automated CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), manage build labs & runners, optimize build performance, branch management, authoring YAML, and the ability to develop and support deployment solutions for application teams will be vital for this role.

Systems Administrative Expertise Systems Administrative skills include Entra / Active Directory, databases, SQL, and Power shell scripting expertise is desired. The ability to administer applications and support and troubleshoot difficult level 3 issues for clients is required.
