Litigation Attorney – Irvine, CA

An established law firm in Irvine, California is seeking to hire a Litigation Attorney with 1–10 years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment that values professional development and collaboration.

Salary : $120,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role :

The firm is primarily seeking an attorney with Personal Injury or General Civil Litigation experience. While defense experience is preferred, the firm is open to considering strong plaintiff-side litigators with proven skills in case management, client relations, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities :

Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.

Conduct depositions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.

Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies and provide excellent client service.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school.

1–10 years of experience in personal injury or general civil litigation.

Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar .

Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
