Position

We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Inver Grove Heights office.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people.
• Maintain flexibility to assist at other branch locations : Woodbury, Stillwater, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights and Hugo as needed.

This is a rotating two-week schedule with the following hours and breaks :

This is a Grade 7 – Hourly, full-time position with benefits. The starting rate of pay is $21.69 - $23.05 per hour.
