Summer Law Clerk

A company is looking for a 2026 Summer Law Clerk.

Key Responsibilities

Provide litigation support for civil litigation or workers' compensation practice

Conduct research, writing, and prepare legal documents such as discovery and motions

Assist in evaluating cases and drafting contentions and evaluation letters

Required Qualifications

Current Candidate for Juris Doctor

Strong research and writing capabilities

Ability to work independently

Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in civil litigation or workers' compensation is a plus
