What will you be doing?

The Retail Coordinator is an essential member of Cheekwood retail leadership team, supporting the retail manager in both the operational and customer-facing functions of Cheekwood’s retail department. The Retail Coordinator is responsible for product receiving, inventory, and e-commerce while also assisting with daily store operations, sales floor coverage, and staff support. The Retail Coordinator ensures smooth back-of-house processes and excellent front-of-house service, working closely with Cheekwood employees, vendors and guests.

Responsibilities

Store Coverage & Sales Leadership

• Provide leadership and customer service on the sales floor, assisting customers and supporting sales associates.
• Cover stores as needed, including lunch breaks, weekends, evenings, events, and peak seasons (e.g., Holiday Lights).
• Assist with opening / closing procedures and daily operations in the gift shops
• Support sales tracking, KPIs, and staff coaching to meet individual and departmental sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stores reflect Cheekwood’s quality and brand.
• Assist Retail Manager communicating with sales associates regarding policies, updates, and Cheekwood events.
