The Car Wash Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the car wash facility within the retail trade environment. This position is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Car Wash Leader oversees daily operations, manages staff schedules, and ensures that all equipment is functioning properly to maximize productivity. Additionally, this role involves training and motivating team members to achieve performance goals and uphold company policies. Ultimately, the Car Wash Leader drives customer satisfaction and operational excellence, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the business.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Basic knowledge of car wash equipment and cleaning procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
