As a Client-Focused Financial Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to craft tailored financial strategies that align with their long-term aspirations such as retirement, wealth accumulation, and estate planning.   • Key Responsibilities :

  • Foster relationships to acquire new clients using a mix of in-person and digital outreach methods (home visits, business networking, referrals, and social media engagements).
  • Gain a profound insight into clients' needs to build trust and develop personalized financial strategies that align with their objectives.
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure a seamless, quality client experience while adhering to firm protocols and ethical standards.
  • Engage with your team to formulate, monitor, and adapt the branch business plan for optimal effectiveness and results.
  • Encourage a vibrant team environment of mutual respect, feedback, and accountability.
  • Your compensation and commissions will evolve as your asset management skills develop over the first five years, when your base salary will decrease accordingly.

    Benefits Overview :

    Our compensation and benefits package offers medical, dental and vision insurance, voluntary benefits (including accident and critical illness insurance), disability coverage, and life insurance at no cost to financial consultants. We also provide a 401k retirement plan, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts. Consultants enjoy flexible scheduling, with eligibility for paid sick leave and paid time off. Located in your community, you can also qualify for bonuses, profit sharing, medical leave, and participation in the Travel Award Program.

    Compensation Range :

    To support your business-building journey, we offer a new financial consultant compensation program inclusive of trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and compensation for assets acquired during the first five years.

  • Qualifications :

  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent job-related experience.
  • Previous experience in financial services or sales is beneficial.
  • Possession of financial services registrations or certifications is a plus.
  • Progression in a professional or military career may also be considered.
  • Licensing :

  • Prospective consultants must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses; if not already registered, you will be trained to secure these qualifications during your initial paid study phase.
  • FINRA registrations are necessary within three months, along with state insurance licenses.
  • You will continue to complete ongoing training to remain compliant with industry standards.
