Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,306 per week in Pleasant Prairie, WI

Description : Outpatient orthopedic position with four ten-hour days. Two days will be 7 AM - 5 PM and two days will be 7 AM - 6 PM. This role involves 60-minute one-on-one sessions with no overlapping of patients. All therapists will have their own treatment room. Candidates should start on May 19th. Experience with the charting system Epic is preferred. Experience with a range of orthopedic conditions including ankle sprains, elbow injuries, hip fractures, low back pain, and post-operative rehabilitation is required. Candidates should possess skills in assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and patient family education. Daily census will be 8-9 patients. The patient age groups will include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support will be available. Strong time management and communication skills are essential for this role. Documentation and adherence to safety protocols will be necessary for effective patient care. A flu vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions only.
