The Product Ops team is focused on ensuring ThredUp Ops adheres to procedures and protocols by auditing and providing feedback at the appropriate touch points within the Ops organization. You will help us ensure that Ops accepts items of the right quality, records the right information, and takes amazing photos. You will also apply your love of fashion and / or the resale industry to help us honor our promises to suppliers and buyers.

As a Pricing And Authentication Coordinator, you will be based in a distribution center and will report to a Product Ops Supervisor. Your work will be primarily focused on one of these two areas : Pricing & Authentication, or general projects on product. Occasionally you will also support Quality Assurance (QA) Ops during high volume times. As you fine-tune your skills, you may be asked to support other areas, tackle special projects, and mentor others according to business needs.

In Pricing & Authentication, you will :

• Focus on pricing and authentication with an emphasis on lower level authentication brands.
• Receives exposure to higher risk authentication brands as the business allows.
• Regularly monitor, audit and update the internal pricing tables of a broad range of retailers.
• Assist in educating itemizers about brands and product acceptance.
• Partner with Product Ops Supervisor to ensure FIFO is maintained for all items in the Under Review queue.
• Support Customer Service team in price update requests.
