Role Highlights :

  • Build Relationships : Connect with customers and ensure they feel supported.
  • Deliver Service : Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance for insurance inquiries, policies, claims, and billing.
  • Educate Customers : Help clients understand their insurance options to make informed decisions.
  • Grow the Business : Use your communication and customer service skills to help expand our agency.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, quick learner who enjoys working with people
  • Proficient with computer programs (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Previous sales experience preferred (inside / outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
  • Become a licensed professional : Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
  • Interest in marketing and promoting products tailored to customer needs

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage with customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks.
