Structural Fitter / Fabricator (Class A / B)

Overview

Mobile Staff Solutions is hiring for an experienced & reliable structural steel fitter / fabricator for a client in the Tampa area. This is a temp-to-perm position with benefits and bonus packages once full time with the client. Pay depends on experience and ranges from $19 to $34 per hour. Responsibilities

• MIG welding (3 years preferred, minimum 1 year required)
• Read tape measures and blueprints
• Weld and tack structural steel (MIG welding) and work with shaping and bending material
• Operate metal fabrication equipment including overhead cranes, grinders, band saws, iron workers, and drills
• Layout and plan sequence of projects; complete projects with minimal supervision
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
