This is a full-time opportunity directly with a company we’ve be engaged to hire for. We are seeking a Scientific Implementation Manager to support clients in implementing scientific workflows, managing and interpreting complex data, and providing insights that improve tools and processes. This role focuses on clients in the Cleveland area, including academic research labs, biotech, and industrial partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead implementation of scientific solutions for clients in the Cleveland region
- Organize, analyze, and contextualize client data to support regional teams
- Provide feedback from client interactions to improve tools and processes
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver projects efficiently
- Support business development initiatives using scientific expertise
Education, Preferred Skills and Experience :
Master’s degree or 3+ years of experience in a scientific field (chemistry, biology, materials science, chemical engineering, or related areas)Comfortable working with data in Excel; coding experience (Python, R, etc.) is a plusStrong communication skills to explain complex scientific concepts clearly to clients to Cleveland-based clientsDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projectsOnboarding :
