Job description

Overview

Join to apply for the Registered Dietetic Technician role at Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation in Stratford, Connecticut. This is a Full Time / 32 Hrs position with hours 8a-4p.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nutritional guidance based on resident needs, preferences, and individual dietary modifications in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate nutritional requirements with the selective menu process to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements : Must possess, at minimum, a high school diploma and two (2) years of additional schooling or certification as a Dietetic Technician.
  • Experience : A minimum of one (1) year experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility is preferred.
