• Coordinate and manage safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care for surgical patients throughout the perioperative process
• Work in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
• Provide support, education, and direct care to patients
• Act as liaison between surgical team and patient families / support systems
• May serve as Circulating Nurse, 1st Scrub (Instrument) Nurse, and / or 2nd Scrub (Assistant) Nurse depending on experience and training
• Must have Cerner EMR experience
• Gastroenterology / Endoscopy Lab experience required
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT surgical procedures and interventional pain management required
• Graduate of an accredited RN program required (BSN desired but not required)
• Current Colorado RN licensure in good standing required
• Required certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, CNOR
