Job descriptionMaintain, enhance, and develop essential program documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and program updates. Conduct regular audits of third-party risk processes to ensure compliance with internal standards. Take the lead on or contribute to initiatives aimed at updating and improving the third-party screening tool. Assist in negotiating and reviewing compliance terms as part of contract management. Facilitate the contracts process while collaborating closely with the international legal team. Support process optimization and transformation projects, which may involve conducting data analysis or leveraging data analytics tools. Manage and coordinate responses to customer inquiries regarding ESG matters by providing referrals to appropriate subject matter experts, resources, and guidance documents. Collaborate with the ESG Manager on initiatives related to improving processes, maintaining the ESG Request Procedure, and updating supporting documentation. Work alongside the Legal Operations Manager to assess the utilization of a system tool like Freshservice to streamline the handling of ESG-related requests. Support data monitoring efforts to track and evaluate program changes and enhancements. Analyze complex data sets to identify insights and suggest actionable steps. Assess and compare data from potential or newly acquired companies to align with existing compliance standards, requiring expertise in advanced Excel functionalities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in managing and analyzing large datasets. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with prior experience in maintaining documentation and user guides. Demonstrated experience or knowledge in third-party risk management, compliance, or project management. Familiarity with ESG principles or experience supporting Environment, Social, and Governance initiatives is a plus. High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively to solve compliance challenges. Prior exposure to process improvement methodologies and data analytics applications is beneficial. Knowledge of compliance systems, risk management tools, or third-party screening processes. Certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP®) , Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) , or Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) are advantageous but not required.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with third-party risk management processes, managing essential systems and reporting, and supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of process improvement and data management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Compliance Inbox and Third-Party Risk Management System Oversight :
- Manage and oversee the compliance inbox, serving as the primary contact to address inquiries about third-party risk screening procedures and requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate guidance to internal stakeholders during the third-party onboarding and screening process.
- Administer and manage user access permissions for the third-party screening tool to ensure appropriate access levels.
