• Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home
• Schedule : Four 10-hour days per week
• Call : 1 : 3 (currently shared with 4 physicians)
• Patient volume : Average patients per day - Scribe support provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day
• On-site behavioral health and laboratory services
• Full-time, permanent position
