As a Aide you will work alongside the lead teacher and teacher assistant to help create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children's confidence and independence. You will help the lead teacher and assistant teacher in guiding these little ones through small groups instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

This is a multiple part-time positions with availability 2pm-6pm Monday-Friday. P and C Learning Center takes place in a daycare setting with exposure to noise, outdoor environments, and frequent interaction with children.

Compensation : $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

P & C is a Group Family daycare a class C3 licensed organization within the State of Minnesota. Our license allows care for children to include toddlers, school-age children, and infants.

Because of the layout of the environment, our children express being comfortable, audacious, and yes being children as they should be.
