Gear Machinist

Job Description

As a Gear Machinist, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, utilizing your core skills in blueprint reading, machining, and precision measuring instruments to produce high-quality gears.

Responsibilities :

Full-time position to set up and operate gear manufacturing equipment.

• Set up CNC and manual hobbing and shaping machines as production requires.
• Run and operate CNC and manual hobbing and shaping machines.
• Measure wire size of gears in production.

Requirements :

Knowledge of CNC and manual hobbing, shaping and Gleason coniflex machines.

Experience :

Three years of gear machine set up and production experience is preferred.
