An Insight Global customer is looking to hire an IT Super User for a customer site in Montgomery, AL. This person will be the onsite point of contact for the clients automated customer warehouse facility. This role is essential in the success of day-to-day operations in the facility. This person will work 100% onsite and be the onsite tier 1 support for anything technology related, including hardware related items such as printers, computers, and warehouse devices such as RF Scanners, etc. This is a first shift role, typically 40-50 hours a week, M-F, with some OT and weekends as needed.

• 2+ years of hands on IT hardware experience
• Entry level SQL experience
• Experience working in an automated warehouse or distribution center setting
• Experience using, setting up, and troubleshooting RF Scanners
• Experience troubleshooting printers and laptops
• Experience installing commercial printers or Xerox, Zebra, Honeywell, etc.
• Experience working with a ticketing system (Ryder uses ServiceNow)
• Strong communication skills, outgoing, a people person personality
• Associates level or higher degree in a technical field related to this role
