Essential Responsibilities :
- Staff and office out of the service lane in order to solicit any customer vehicle acquisition;
- Work with Pre-Owned Manager to coordinate customer requests for Equity Reviews / Appraisals;
- Contact guests through email or telephone next day service appointments to create interest in Equity Review, due to our need for their vehicle;
- Reach out to missed opportunities from the prior day via email and telephone;
- Work with Service Advisors and Valets to help identify opportunities for vehicles we need or large service bills that can be converted to new vehicle sales;
- Create, schedule, package, and track all opportunities created by any assigned;
- Assist in creating and implementing campaigns;
- Maintain and update notes and information in the customer database;
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :
Sales experience is preferred;Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;Appraise vehicles, using tools available to assess and present the value and replacement options;Establish daily, weekly and monthly sales objectives for vehicle acquisitions;Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;Must be computer proficient with the ability to learn and use multiple computer programs;Ability to professionally communicate opportunities to our guests is required, using multiple forms of solicitation;Must be extremely detail oriented as legal documents and report creation will be necessary;Effective, professional communication will be required with internal team members, Management and guests;Must be upbeat, positive, cooperative and understand the importance of optimism;Possess excellent negotiation and great closing skills;Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented;Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision;Have the ability to work individually and in a team environment;Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office;A valid driver’s license;Must be comfortable sitting for long periods of time;Professional appearance and demeanor;Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements;All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports;Flexible work schedule including the ability to work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.BENEFITS
