We are recruiting for Maintenance Technicians (all shifts) to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to : minimize downtime, optimize equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement throughout the plant.
Maintenance Technicians typically :
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production machinery, tooling, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to reduce equipment failures.
- Accurately log maintenance activities, part usage, and system changes using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to solve equipment problems and implement process improvements.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrading of machines and facility infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess :
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, lockout / tagout procedures, and general industrial safety standards.
- Eligible to obtain or maintain a Journeyman license (preferred).
