Job descriptionAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document residents’ health status and report changes promptly. Supervise and assist CNAs to ensure quality care. Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Support the nursing team in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Active LPN license in PA Current CPR / BLS certification. At least 6 months of recent experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred. Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in fast-paced environments.
