What You’ll Do

Review and oversee complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

Lead client engagements, especially those involving partnerships and renewable energy projects.

Research and analyze complex tax issues, preparing clear, well-documented memos for internal and client use.

Mentor and support staff, helping to develop technical expertise and confidence across the team.

Identify tax savings opportunities and process efficiencies to deliver tangible client value.

Stay informed on changing tax laws and translate updates into actionable insights for clients and colleagues.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

4+ years of public accounting experience

CPA or EA designation preferred

Proven expertise in tax research, documentation, and review

Bonus : experience with renewable energy, partnership taxation, or consulting-style client work
