Shift Schedule : Mon-Fri; Usually 7a-330p

  • 8-hr shifts; Can be full-time or not

Call Schedule : (No calls required at present)

  • 2 weeks on, 1 week off
  • rotation w / 3 other CRNAs

    • Call Coverage : Call is very light work. Just general surgery on call, occasionally ENT.

    Patient Demographics : Mostly Adults and few Peds

  • rare to have a kid under age of 1

    • Patient Volume : 7-10

    Ave. No. of Surgical Cases : 7-10 per day

    % of Practice : 90% General

    Physician in Practice : 1 Anesthesiologist

    CRNAs in Practice : 2

    Case Mix :

  • Cardiac, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, Pediatric, Regional & Thoracic
  • No OB, No Ortho

    • Required Procedures :

  • General (Adults & Peds) & Epidural, Regional and some Spinal anesthesia
  • Insertion of A-line & Central line (not common but looking for someone w / that ability)
  • A bit of Peds

    • No. of ORs : 3

    EMR : Epic

    Other Info :

  • Locum provider will be supervised by Anesthesiologist.
  • Locum provider will be responsible for preparing the anesthesia cart.

    • Hospital Privileges required : Yes

    Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

    Requirements : Active CA License
