Warbird Healthcare Advisors is actively searching for candidates for a short-term Accounts Payable Consulting opportunity with one of our healthcare clients who is seeking an experienced AP professional to assess and optimize their current AP operations.

Key Details :

• Role : Interim Accounts Payable Manager / Director (Consulting Engagement)
• Focus : Assess current AP processes, team performance, and system effectiveness; identify improvement opportunities.
• Systems in use :
• GL : Allscripts
• AP : Docuware
• Budgeting : Axiom
• Costing : Trendstar (transitioning to StrataJazz)
• Timekeeping / HR : Workday
• EMR : Epic

Engagement Length : Approximately 90 days for initial assessment, with potential extension to support the Workday implementation

The ideal consultant will be technically strong in AP , comfortable managing and mentoring a small team, and capable of delivering actionable insights to strengthen processes and prepare for upcoming system changes.
