TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST

Air Reserve Technician Position

This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position located in the Transportation Flight of the Logistics Readiness Squadron at an AFRC unit. Purpose of this position is to provide staff assistance / surveillance of transportation expertise and guidance and to provide training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.

Key duties include :

• Serving as the focal point for all transportation related matters
• Coordinating unit training assembly and annual tour training requirements
• Performing work as the Unit Primary Vehicle Control Officer
• Performing staff assistance visits to determine effectiveness of subordinate vehicle control programs
