Senior Embedded Software Engineer

DEKA Research & Development is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team working on cutting-edge medical devices. You will have the opportunity to work on every layer of software, from embedded system device drivers and control loops up to cloud connectivity and UI development. You will be part of a cross-disciplinary team, working alongside electrical, mechanical, and biomedical engineers to create a product that will improve outcomes and quality of life for millions of people worldwide.

This is an on-site role; remote and hybrid are not available.

• Design, implement, and verify operation of embedded software
• Analyze, create, and update requirements and procedures
• Solve complex technical problems, build products, and make a difference in the world
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in software design, testing, and documentation
