We’re seeking a  Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Neurosurgeon  for a full-time, hospital-employed position in one of Southern Colorado’s most underserved and rewarding markets.

🏥  Position Highlights :

General Neurosurgery  with the ability to build a robust  elective spine practice

Only one other neurosurgeon  in the community—become the expert locals count on

Supportive team  of 4 experienced APPs + onsite pain service & X-ray

State-of-the-art neuro tools  including Globus Robot & Stryker Navigation

EMR :   Epic

Level III Trauma Center

📅  Schedule & Call :

2 days OR / 2 days clinic / 1 flex day

Clinic volume : ~8–12 patients / day, plus PA support

Minimal call burden : 7 ER call days / month, mostly handled remotely

Floor calls handled by PAs

One weekend call / month likely

💵  Compensation & Perks :

$800,000–$877,000 base salary
