Responsibilities

  • Leadership Development : Train under experienced sales managers to develop leadership skills and industry knowledge.
  • Sales Strategy : Collaborate with senior team members to devise effective sales strategies tailored to the Wheaton market.
  • Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Team Support : Assist in mentoring junior sales staff to enhance team performance and morale.
  • Data Analysis : Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement : Participate in professional development courses and workshops to enhance sales techniques and leadership abilities.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Licensing is mandatory but coursework is paid for if licenses need to be obtained for the right candidate.
  • Experience : Prior experience in sales or a leadership role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with team members and clients.
