A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach Sales Development Representatives to achieve sales targets
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring SDRs
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve SDR effectiveness
Required Qualifications
7-12 years of sales-related experience
3-5+ years in sales leadership roles
Experience in mentoring and coaching team members
Strong knowledge of SDR processes and sales tools
Proven track record of executing successful SDR lead campaigns
